About Mamagreen
Belgian designer Vincent Cantaert founded Mamagreen in 2007 with a commitment that goes beyond the usual sustainability language. A significant portion of the teak in their collections is not plantation-grown but reclaimed, pulled from abandoned buildings across Indonesia and restored for a second life in furniture. The old nail holes and surface marks are often left intact, giving each piece a material history that new wood cannot replicate. The rest of the supply chain follows the same logic: metals are recyclable, wickers are synthetic and weatherproof, and the manufacturing process is designed to minimize chemical waste. Mamagreen's furniture is specified for both residential and commercial environments worldwide, with collections spanning dining, lounge, bar, and daybed configurations built for permanent outdoor placement.
