Danao began in the hospitality world. Co-founders Keshava Malik and Larry Serge spent years in Asia before launching the brand, where they saw firsthand how the best resorts treated outdoor space with the same design rigor as interiors. Their ambition was to bring that same standard to the residential market. Today, Danao's furniture is specified by Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Aman, Rosewood, and Baha Mar, among others. Each collection is shaped by a named designer and manufactured with an emphasis on clean lines, considered proportion, and materials that perform across climates. The recent expansion into residential distribution means homeowners now have access to the same pieces that previously only appeared poolside at the world's most exclusive properties.
